Wooden transport pallets · not aircraft ULDs
UK airport pallet supply for landside air freight and export
New and used wooden pallets, UK 1200x1000 and Euro-size 1200x800, plastic, presswood and bespoke bases — supplied to freight forwarders, cargo handlers and off-airport warehousing. The South Coast is our commercial priority; capability is national.
All supply and collection requirements are assessed individually.

What we supply
New wooden pallets
New timber pallets are specified when the load, the customer or the destination requires a known, consistent starting point rather than a graded second-hand base.
Read moreUsed wooden pallets
Used pallets are the working currency of UK domestic distribution. The important question is never simply 'used' — it is which grade, how consistent, and what the pallet is being asked to do.
Read moreUK standard 1200x1000
The 1200 x 1000mm footprint is the default across most UK grocery, retail and general distribution flows, and it is the size most commonly asked for on the South Coast.
Read moreEuro-size 1200x800
1200 x 800mm is a footprint. EPAL is a licensed pallet specification with its own marking and exchange rules. Asking for one and receiving the other causes real problems at delivery.
Read morePlastic pallets
Plastic pallets are chosen for washability, consistency and repeat-cycle durability — and, for cross-border movements, because they sit outside the wooden packaging treatment rules entirely.
Read morePresswood pallets
Presswood pallets are moulded from wood fibre under heat and pressure. They nest, they are light, and they are widely used for one-way export where weight and storage volume both cost money.

When cargo does not fit a standard footprint, the base is designed around the cargo rather than the other way round.

Bournemouth, Southampton and Gatwick first
Those three catchments are where we concentrate. Our airport and regional pages cover the main landside freight areas we serve, with other locations assessed individually.
Bournemouth Airport (BOH)
Bournemouth Airport has its own dedicated cargo operation — Cargo First, the airport's cargo division — alongside an aviation engineering estate, so pallet demand here spans air freight consolidation and component movements alike.
Southampton Airport (SOU)
Southampton Airport sits at Eastleigh inside one of the densest engineering and distribution catchments on the South Coast, and the pallet work here is landside: build-up, consolidation and export packing rather than anything airside.
London Gatwick (LGW)
Gatwick's cargo activity is dominated by belly-hold freight on passenger services, which shapes exactly how consignments get palletised and re-palletised around it.

Who we work with
Built around freight operations
Pallets get handled hard and fast in freight environments. The specification that works is the one that survives the handling and satisfies the route.
Freight forwarders
Consignments get built, split and rebuilt several times before they fly. Consistent batches cut re-work.
Cargo handlers
Pallets are handled fast by many hands. Sound decks and no lifted fasteners matter more than looks.
Off-airport warehouses
Space is the constraint. Nestable options and a reliable route for empties are part of the supply.
Logistics parks and 3PLs
Mixed customer specifications on one site, from new export timber to graded used domestic stock.
Exporters and importers
Wood packaging rules follow the movement. We tell you what needs checking before you load.
Manufacturers with awkward loads
Machinery, aerospace and marine items usually need a bespoke skid, base or case, not a footprint.
